Napthens residential property team grows

The Residential Property team at Napthens solicitors has expanded with the appointment of solicitor Zelda Gornall.

Zelda joins following 15 years with regional law firm Birchall Blackburn, including most recently several years in the residential property team.

In her role at Napthens she will act on behalf of clients purchasing and selling properties, advising on all aspects of the conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold matters, shared ownership and new build properties.

Zelda joins during a period of growth for the Residential Property team, with several new staff members joining the department in the last 12 months, and the number of instructions at a record level. She said: “The department at Napthens has a fantastic reputation in the sector and with a healthy residential property marketplace I felt this was a great opportunity to join an ambitious and expanding team.”
