Miller Homes to host open house event in Clitheroe

Miller Homes has announced it will be hosting an Open House Event with free financial advice on hand at its Montague Place development. Not only will there be several offers available for prospective purchasers to make their move, but there will also be an IFA on hand to answer any questions relating to home buying. 

The Open House Weekend will take place in the Overton 3-bedroom home over 5th and 6th November, with the sales centre being open 10:30am – 5:30pm both days.

There is no need to register, and drop ins are welcome on the day. Those wishing to register an interest in the development, or The Calders in Cliviger, can sign up online.

Information will be available from an IFA on the recently announced Stamp Duty cut and how it affects buyers, as well as exclusive mortgage products, help with affordability checks and an idea of how much your monthly repayments will be when buying a Miller home.
