As of November, 99 of the 110 residences in the development, all of which range from 2- to 4-bedroom homes, have now been sold since its official opening in 2020.
Of the purchasers, 67 per cent were second steppers (people moving up the property ladder), indicating the properties suited new and growing families, due to its modern open-plan layouts.
17 per cent of the purchasers were downsizers and 16 per cent were first-time buyers – each well catered for with a good number of 2-bedroom bungalows and 3-bedroom news homes.
