Miller Homes announces 90% of homes sold in Clitheroe

Local homebuilder Miller Homes has proudly announced its successful feat at its Clitheroe development, Montague Place has now sold 90 per cent of its homes.  

As of November, 99 of the 110 residences in the development, all of which range from 2- to 4-bedroom homes, have now been sold since its official opening in 2020.

Of the purchasers, 67 per cent were second steppers (people moving up the property ladder), indicating the properties suited new and growing families, due to its modern open-plan layouts.

17 per cent of the purchasers were downsizers and 16 per cent were first-time buyers – each well catered for with a good number of 2-bedroom bungalows and 3-bedroom news homes. 

Montague Place is located just outside the historic market town of Clitheroe. There are fantastic road and rail links nearby providing quick links to Preston, Blackburn, Burnley and beyond, making the location ideal for commuters.
