Metamark appoints new chairman and CFO

Following the completion of a £62m management buyout earlier in the year, Metamark has appointed a new chairman and chief financial officer.

James Browning, who joins as chairman, has successfully delivered three previous private-equity backed exits for their respective investors.

His role will be to influence and guide Metamark and its senior management in the delivery of a business plan including both organic and acquired growth.

Matthew Enright, who joins as CFO, also has experience of ambitious growth and exit plans.

Paul French, Metamark’s managing director, said: “We plan to expand Metamark on all fronts. That means winning share in our core markets, innovating and launching new products and pioneering new businesses those products enable. "We plan to push out in geographic terms too entering new territories behind a program of acquisition and new partner appointments."
