Meet Charlotte Haslam at every1 marketing

In this series, we’re helping you get to know more of our team members. This month, we’re saying hello to Charlotte, who is Head of Strategy at every1 - and unofficial office psychologist.

What series are you currently watching?

I’ve just finished The Queen's Gambit on Netflix and I adored it. Quirky, funny and loved the whole creative angle of it. I am a chess novice, but it's inspired me to play a game or two. I’m also making my way through season three of The Crown and I’m embarrassed by all the historical facts I didn't know!

Are you currently undertaking any new qualifications or working on a professional skill?

I am actually training for a CMI in Coaching and Mentoring at the moment, as well as a Personal Performance Diploma in Coaching. Returning to studying has been great for me, a bit of personal growth and new skills to help me become a better leader.

What would your Death Row meal be?

A tricky one, as I love all food, but I guess it would need to be some of my all-time favourites, so i’d go for a Sashimi starter and a Thai red curry to follow. I’d take my time, might as well if it's my last meal, by eating it with chopsticks, which I am still mastering :-)

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

In action. I get really impatient with people who say they will do something and then nothing happens. Whether this is at work or at home it drives me mad!

Name three apps that you couldn’t live without

Instagram

Map My Run

Messenger

What gives you the biggest boost at work? (i.e winning new clients, seeing a client campaign come to fruition etc)

For me, it’s all about the results we can provide for clients. I get the biggest boost when I know we’ve made a difference and hit the goal the client has set. It enables me to move forward and think about the next exciting thing we can develop for our clients.

What has been your proudest achievement so far? (professional or personal)

Apart from the obvious, of a pair of gorgeous kids, I think it would be never sitting still and always pushing myself to learn new things.

What career advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Take every opportunity that is thrown at you, until you find the thing you love.

Describe your personality in three words

Outgoing

Loyal

Curious

If you could do anything in life, besides what you’re doing now, what would you do?

I’d be coaching and mentoring individuals, supporting them to follow their dreams.

And lastly, what’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day in the every1 office?

A glass of wine, a good catch up with my girlfriends and a box set - heaven
