Magpies launch Hottest Ticket in Town

02 Feb 2018

Iced Graphics, a Chorley based full service design, digital and marketing agency are proud to have been selected to act as the official creative partner for their local football club, Chorley FC.

They are pleased to introduce an exciting new competition “The Hottest Ticket in Town”, where they were responsible for all branding and advertising design.

Keen Magpie supporters and corporate sponsors, Iced are excited to be involved in this project and encourage people to enter. Not only can amazing prizes be won (such as being the clubs Manager for a day!) but you will also receive entry to the Superdraw event on Friday 27th April, which includes a meal and live entertainment.

Please read on for more information about how you can purchase these sizzling hot tickets!

Chorley Football Club invites businesses in the area to SIGN UP for the Hottest Ticket in Town with the opportunity to win some prizes money can't buy!

For the cost of just £100 per entry, you could be the club’s manager for the day or become a member of the first team squad for the 2018/19 campaign. Your business could be the lead sponsor of the club’s development or under 18 team which sees the best talent in the Chorley and District area coming through the ranks under the watchful eye of manager Matt Jansen and his coaching staff.

Or how about lacing up your boots for a cameo role in one of the Magpies pre-season friendlies? - providing you come through one of the club’s training sessions! Your name could be advertised on the front of the dugouts at Victory Park throughout the season or outside the club’s food refreshment zone - currently known as the Magpies Nest.

There are also a number of hospitality prizes including a table for four in the 1883 Lounge at every league game next season which is worth in excess of £2500, plus matchday sponsorship, programme advertising and VIP tables at club Golf Days, Sportsman’s Dinners and the annual Thirsty Magpie Beer Festival.

There are over 20 prizes up for grabs and these will be drawn on Friday April 27th when the ‘Hottest Ticket in Town’ will be officially drawn at Chorley Football Club. Every ticket will have one entry to the Superdraw event, which will also include food and live entertainment.

Chief executive Dave Riche said: “The 200 club has been excellent for the club over the past seven years, but we all felt we needed to do something a bit different this year. We wanted to create something that was affordable to everyone from the supporters, to sole traders to bigger businesses and have a bit of fun along the way. The prizes are unique in many ways in that you can get some fantastic advertising for yourself or a business, or even end up as a player or shouting the orders out in the dugout!”

He added: “We have had some approaches for the main shirt sponsorship this year which has always been part of the 200 Club, so we decided to get back to the drawing board and create something new. Our Commercial Manager Josh Vosper and the commercial team at the club will be out and about in the coming weeks promoting the Hottest Ticket in Town and we hope it will be hugely popular.

"This season under Matt Jansen we reached the FA Cup First Round for the first time in 25 years and welcomed the BT Sports cameras to Victory Park who broadcast the game live. This draw will help us push on even more in our efforts to be promoted to the National League, and by getting involved YOU can say you played your part.” Full details can be found at http://www.chorleyfc.com/index.php/news-menu/club-news/3808-breaking-news-magpies-launch-hottest-ticket-in-town.
