A Lancashire clothing company has taken new premises on Preston's busy high street providing a new boost for the city centre, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.
BCN Clothing, based in Rawtenstall, has now opened to the public at 135 Fishergate in the former Duncan's ladieswear unit. The new tenants take a five year lease, with Robert Pinkus & Co and Cheetham & Mortier acting as joint agents on behalf of private landlords.The new fashion outlet, which occupies an excellent position at the heart of Preston's main shopping district, is next door to Slater's menswear and Cotswold Outdoors, and close to Waterstones and French Connection. Joe Assalone, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "We are delighted to welcome BCN Clothing to Preston's high street, where they will improve and diversify the fashion choice on offer to the shoppers of Preston and help to continue to revitalise this section of Fishergate."
