CoverMyBubble, a local family business based in Oswaldtwistle, has been shortlisted in the finals for the Protection Guru Awards, for the categories:

Individual Advisor AwardsBest Claim Communication or Case StudyBest use of video social mediaBest use of static social mediaBest Protection administrator/support staff

The Prestige AwardsThe ‘Above and Beyond’ awardOutstanding performance in claims handling

The Protection Guru Awards were created to celebrate the leading lights of the protection industry with recognition to new entrants all the way through to established names. They will be announcing the winners at their awards ceremony, which will be on Friday 22nd October at The Pullman Hotel in London.

It’s an outstanding achievement for this small family business to be even nominated, as they’ll be attending the night along with many large insurance companies including Aviva, Scottish Widows, Guardian and Zurich!

CoverMyBubble have been focusing on sharing awareness about the insurance industry, defeating the myths and making sure families know exactly what they are covered for. From sharing posts, videos and case studies all over their social media

Emma Astley, director of CoverMyBubble Ltd said: “Being recognised in any awards ceremony is just amazing and makes us extremely proud, but within our own industry means so much more. It’s a tough industry to be part of and to be recognised for making a difference is just so rewarding. It makes me incredibly proud of what we have achieved as a small family business. We’re just pushing to make changes to make it easier for clients to understand and discuss insurance.”

Emma adds: “I am so overwhelmed with the last 12 months and thankful for the support of our followers and clients. If we were lucky to win an award, it would be dedicated to our daughter, Lillie-Beth. Also to our clients, as they really have my back and help me raise even more awareness to help other families, so they don't suffer financially, like we did many years ago.”

CoverMyBubble Ltd have been trading since 2018 and the whole team is committed to making sure the right information goes out and that families get their bubble covered properly.
