Local business makes £458,000 investment!

In March 2022 a husband and wife team from Darwen officially launched Fruity Llama, a small family-run business specialising in digital advertising and web design. 

Fruity Llama has had a great start to business and has been locally recognised winning two awards in its first nine months of trading for New Bussiness of the Year and Top 3 rated web designers in Blackburn.

The pair have ambitious goals for the next two years, now with an investment of £458,000 into expanding their digital advertising services to include 10 digital billboards across the UK.

Co-owner Stephanie Ashcroft commented: "This investment will create more jobs within the local area and offer high-impact advertising for local businesses and also offer free advertising for local charities on each screen. This year our chosen charity will be Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone."

This investment project has already started for Fruity Llama, and their first digital screen will be seen in Darwen very soon, these screens offer an amazing opportunity for local businesses, to reach their target audience and are also great for recruitment!
