Linder Myers appoints medical negligence solicitor

Law firm Linder Myers has added a new solicitor to its medical negligence team with the appointment of Debora Harrison from Birchall Blackburn in Preston.

The appointment further strengthens the local team, led by Diane Rostron, with Harrison bringing more than 15 years’ experience in dealing with medically complex cases including matters relating to negligence by GPs, hospital doctors and nurses.

Specialising in cases involving incidents of misdiagnosis, surgical errors, orthopaedic and gynaecological matters, Harrison has secured in excess of £1.5m for a client.
