Lance Mason completes first acquisition of 2015

Lance Mason has announced that the future of up to 20 jobs at a solicitors firm in Southport have been secured after it has agreed to acquire a large proportion of its ongoing cases.

“The expansion of our client service into Southport means we are adding 3,500 cases to our on-going case load. However far more importantly than that, we have safeguarded the jobs of around 20 experienced and talented employees,” said Mark Fallon, Lance Mason Chief Operating Officer. “Acquisitions such as this have been identified as a cornerstone of our growth strategy to facilitate our aim of entering the Legal 100 by 2020.”
