Kukri signs five-year deal with Welsh Athletics

Preston-based international sportswear company Kukri has announced a new five-year kit deal with Welsh Athletics to become the team’s official kit supplier until 2019.

Kukri founder and group managing director, Phil Morris said: “As a Welshman I’m extremely proud to be working in partnership with Welsh Athletics. The team has some fantastic talent and some future medal potentials. I’m delighted that Kukri will be the sports brand they will be wearing when they represent their country over the next five years.” Matt Newman, Welsh Athletics chief executive said: “We are delighted to launch a new five-year partnership with Kukri as the official kit supplier to Welsh Athletics. Kukri will provide the international kit for all athletes’ competition for Wales, including Welsh Schools and we look forward to a successful partnership."
