Knowles Green-based Alston Lodge Community Care sold

Alston Lodge Community Care Limited, in Knowle Green, Lancashire, has been successfully sold to Edattel Healthcare Limited, in a deal facilitated by healthcare business broker Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Alston Lodge Community Care Ltd is a well established and highly respected independent homecare agency operating across Lancashire, delivering high quality care to adults and the elderly within their own homes.

The business has been in the same family ownership since 1994 and has earned a strong reputation for providing person centred, professional care. It maintains long standing relationships with private clients and the local authority and holds a ‘Good’ rating from the CQC.

Operating across the Ribble Valley area, the agency delivers more than 500 hours of care per week to around 80 service users. Care services include personal and domestic care, medication management, dementia care, mental health support and companionship.

The business was acquired by an established operator, Edattel Healthcare Ltd, further strengthening their position within the homecare sector.
