Kingswood Homes to launch Orchard Place phase at Green Hills

Kingswood Homes is set to launch Orchard Place, the latest phase of homes at its award winning Green Hills Farmstead Collection.

The launch event will take place at the Farmstead show homes on Moorland Drive in Feniscowles on Saturday 10 October from 11am, giving visitors the opportunity to be among the first to discover the new phase and the homes available.

Guests will be offered a 'picky bits' lunch with a glass of fizz while exploring the two Farmstead show homes.

Laura Corcoran, head of sales at Kingswood Homes, said: “We are excited to be launching Orchard Place at Green Hills and inviting homebuyers to discover the highly anticipated new phase at our Farmstead Collection.

“Whether you are just starting your search or have a house to sell, our team will be on hand to talk through the options available and explain how we could help you make your move. Visitors can explore both show homes, experience the quality and specification for themselves and learn how our flexible layouts can help them create a home that works for their lifestyle.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone for a relaxed launch event, with a picky bits lunch, a glass of fizz, and some exclusive offers available across the launch weekend.”

The Orchard Place launch event takes place at the Green Hills Farmstead Collection, off Moorland Drive, Feniscowles, BB2 5DD, on Saturday 10 October from 11am.

The Farmstead show homes are open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.
