Kingswood Homes shortlisted for customer satisfaction award

Lancashire-based housebuilder Kingswood Homes' Shape Your Home concept has been shortlisted in the Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative category at the Housebuilder Awards 2026.

The national awards celebrate excellence across the housebuilding industry, highlighting the companies, developments and initiatives delivering outstanding quality, innovation and customer experience.

Shape Your Home allows Kingswood customers to choose from a range of ground and first-floor layout options, giving them the ability to create a bespoke property with an internal layout tailored to their lifestyle.

To date, more than 40 per cent of Kingswood customers have used Shape Your Home to personalise their properties, demonstrating strong demand for the customer-first approach.
