Kingswood Homes is offering to pay up to 5% towards deposits to help homeowners secure their dream home.

The offer is available on all Kingswood homes at its developments throughout Lancashire, including Green Hills in Blackburn and Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden.

Joel Winders, commercial director at Kingswood Homes, said: "We know saving a sizeable deposit can be a stumbling block for some people and can be one of the main reasons people don't move house or can't own their own home.

"Our deposit contribution offer aims to make homeownership more accessible, whether people want to upsize to a larger home or move forward from renting into a home of their own."

The deposit contribution offer applies to a range of Kingswood's properties, including the four bedroom Weaver 4 at Green Hills Farmstead Collection.

Priced at £394,995, this home has over 1620 sq ft of living space and features an excellent open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with high quality integrated kitchen appliances.

There is also a separate family lounge, downstairs WC/utility and storage to the ground floor.

This home has four double bedrooms including a stunning master bedroom suite.

Another option is the Thresher 2M bungalow, available at £319,995. This home offers two double bedrooms on the ground floor, with the main bedroom and en-suite upstairs, making it ideal for those seeking single-storey living with flexibility of extra space.

For those eager to celebrate Christmas in a brand-new home, Kingswood Homes offers a selection of "Christmas-ready" plots across their developments.

These specially selected homes come with the promise of moving in before the festive season, allowing buyers to enjoy the holidays in their new Kingswood home.

As well as offering up to 5% deposit contribution, these Christmas-ready homes also come with a £250 M&S voucher—a gift from Kingswood to help make the festive season even more special.

As a HBF five-star builder, Kingswood Homes has received high satisfaction ratings, with 96.8% of homeowners saying they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend Kingswood to a friend – the best score for a house builder in the North West.

Kingswood's homes come with unrivalled specification, including features such as Nest thermostat heating system, Ring doorbell, turfed rear garden, EV charger, outside tap and security light, and integrated kitchen appliances.

There is also the opportunity to personalise homes further with their customer choices portal which allows customers to select kitchen worktops, cupboards and flooring as well as add additional sockets, switches, garden paving, wardrobes and much more.

Kingswood Homes also offer their innovative Shape Your Home concept which revolutionises the way people buy homes.

This flexible, design-led solution allows customers to choose from a range of ground and first floor options, providing the ability to create a bespoke property with an interior layout that suits their lifestyle.

Whether customers desire an open-plan ground floor, a home office, a playroom, or extra bedrooms with en-suites, Shape Your Home puts them in control of their dream home's layout.

As the only housebuilder to offer flexible floor plans, Kingswood ensures that customers don't have to compromise on their ideal living space.
