Kingswood Homes earns coveted 5-star rating for fourth consecutive year

Kingswood Homes is celebrating after achieving the prestigious five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey for the fourth consecutive year.

The Lancashire-based housebuilder has once again demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction, with an impressive percentage of homeowners confirming they would recommend Kingswood to a friend.

The HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey, established in 2006, awards homebuilders with a 'Star Rating' based on responses to the key question 'would you recommend your builder to a friend?' collected over a 12-month period. The coveted five-star rating is only awarded when more than 90 per cent of customers would recommend the builder.

Stuart Bullough, construction director at Kingswood Homes, said: "Achieving a five-star rating for the fourth consecutive year, with an impressive 97 per cent rating for both recommendation and build quality, is a remarkable achievement that highlights the whole teams unwavering dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
