Investing in the future of Lancashire business

Tom Smith at Complete

At Complete, we’ve been busy supporting clients with strategic digital marketing solutions and investing in the future of Lancashire businesses.

Complete becomes a Patron of the Chamber

We are pleased to announce that Complete has recently become a patron of the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, providing support with AI and digital marketing to businesses in Lancashire. With 1,600 members, the Chamber represents all sectors of the Lancashire economy.

Tom Smith, chief executive of Complete said: "We are delighted to become patrons of the chamber and, having been members of the organisation for many years, this was the next step for us and allows us to help deliver AI and digital marketing to a wider audience.

“We now live in a more connected world than ever, and businesses need to learn how to utilise artificial intelligence and make it work for them.

"We aim to advise and support businesses on the future opportunities that AI presents. It is only going to get more advanced, and businesses need to be at the cutting edge in order to understand those changes.”

Tom has already had the pleasure of attending the Leyland Trucks HQ with the Chamber, where he experienced world-class manufacturing taking place in Lancashire.

We’re really looking forward to seeing where this partnership takes us!

Blackpool Hotspots Roundtable

Tom recently attended the Blackpool Hotspots Roundtable, hosted by Lancashire Business View. This event brought together many excellent local leaders who shared their insights on how to drive growth and transformation in the area.

Topics such as the following were covered:

●      How Blackpool can evolve its tourism offer for new audiences

●      Progress at the Enterprise Zone and opportunities for local SMEs

●      The impact of the upcoming Multiversity on skills and talent retention

●      The growing potential of Silicon Sands and tech-led regeneration

Tom added: "I’m always proud to represent Complete Online and to share how digital innovation and creative industries can play a major role in shaping Blackpool’s next chapter."

The Complete team has expanded

Complete has been affiliated with Blackpool & Fylde College for several years, and most recently, through our work with the Lancashire & Cumbria Institute of Technology.

As part of our affiliation, Tom has been involved in discussing career paths and skills with students. He also had the pleasure of judging the Lancashire Colleges’ Skills Competition, where colleges came together to work on a digital project and present their ideas.

As a result of our affiliation with Blackpool & Fylde College, we have recently hired a T-level student, Joshua.

Joshua is studying Production Design & Development and will work closely with our web design team to provide additional support to clients.

We’re also thrilled to introduce Andy to the team, who has joined as an experienced Web Developer.

It’s been a busy few months at Complete, and we can’t wait to see what’s next! Keep your eyes peeled!
