Inspired Energy announces record year

Kirkham-based Inspired Energy has revealed record final results for the year ended 31 December 2016, including large increases in revenue, profit and staff numbers.

During the year, Inspired's average headcount increased by 68 per cent to 200 staff as a result of investment within the operational team and corporate acquisitions, including the acquisition of Informed Business Solutions in September.

Our growth has been further enhanced by the successful acquisition of Informed, which has integrated extremely well in a relatively short period of time and has continued to perform well as part of the enlarged Group. We are also pleased to today welcome Richard Logan to the team as an independent non-executive director. “Our model of strong organic growth with selected, complimentary acquisitions is proven and we look forward to 2017 with confidence.”
