Goal Setting.

Boring? Maybe…

But essential if you want to grow your business because…

Goals lead to direction and focus and…

You must have direction, laser-guided focus, in where you want your business to go and…

As a fellow Forward Thinker, an ambitious entrepreneur and business owner...

That’s what you want, right?

To grow your business? To acquire more customers, to generate more revenue and profit?

The interesting thing though, we often set goals and…

Even if we’ve been working on these for ages and…

We’ve put a lot of time and energy, maybe even money in order to achieve these goals we are…

Left asking the question…

“Is that it?”

You know what I’m saying, right?

That’s even if we’ve achieved them or not!

It's a horrible feeling that I’ve experienced myself…

A few years ago when I was working in corporate world we had goals, big goals…

The goal was “growth”.

Sounds simple enough, right?

Achievable? Kind of.

Exciting? Not really.

Purposeful? Nope.

Did we know why we had this “growth” goal? Did we even care?

Shock horror, we didn’t achieve it…

We didn’t experience growth AT ALL, we infact...

Went backwards!

And I still reflect on that to this day and now I know why it happened...

And the reason wasn’t down to market conditions, or the people I worked with…

NOPE.

It was down to a much more important reason and…

A reason I want to share with you now.
