Lancaster based creative and digital agency Hotfoot Design is proud to announce the launch of the new website for CNWL NHS Health Charity, the official charity of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

The new website has been designed and built to raise awareness, inspire support, and clearly communicate the real impact of the charity’s work.

CNWL NHS Health Charity enhances NHS care by funding vital projects that improve patient experience, from calming garden spaces and therapeutic activities to staff wellbeing initiatives, including dedicated rest areas and support for teams working demanding shifts, even on Christmas Day.

Aysha Najair, communications manager at CNWL NHS Health Charity, said: “Working with Hotfoot has been a brilliant experience from start to finish. The team really took the time to understand our charity, our goals, and what we wanted to achieve with the new website.

"The result is a website that looks amazing, feels completely on brand, and truly brings our identity to life. We’ve had so many positive comments about how professional and engaging it looks.

"I especially love the animations and the thoughtful design touches that make it stand out. Hotfoot made the whole process so easy. They listened, advised, and offered great suggestions along the way. Thanks to them, our charity now feels like it has a real home online.”

Neil Harman, charity development director at CNWL NHS Health Charity, added: “Hotfoot understand our mission as a charity, and our needs now and moving forward in developing our online engagement with all audiences and the crucial role our website has within our communications mix.

"Everyone is easy to work with at Hotfoot, they’re honest, experienced and had lots of solutions and creative ideas.”

CNWL is one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, with almost 9,000 staff providing integrated community and inpatient healthcare to a third of London’s population, as well as Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

This project strengthens Hotfoot’s rapidly expanding portfolio within the charity, healthcare and public sectors, alongside recent work with St John International, Sport England, Envisage Dental, and Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

Hotfoot partners with ambitious organisations across the UK and internationally. The agency’s clients include Rolls-Royce SMR, Ordnance Survey, World of Beatrix Potter, and Cincinnati Shakespeare Company.
