Harrison Drury appoints director to corporate team

Harrison Drury has grown its corporate team with the appointment of Victoria Bromiley as legal director.

Victoria, who joins Harrison Drury from Napthens, will be based at the firm’s Preston office and will work with business owners and management teams to advise them on mergers, acquisitions, business sales and other transactional activity.

Her appointment takes Harrison Drury’s North West corporate team to 20 members, which includes four in Preston.
