Blackpool marketing and branding agency Happy Creative has donated its time to help Burnley charity Freeflow Counselling Service develop a new website, leading to a significant increase in enquiries.
Following the launch, Freeflow received 44 new enquiries in just eight days and 100 enquiries during the first month.
Since 1997, Freeflow Counselling Service has provided free and low-cost counselling services for adults, couples, children and young people across Burnley.
Edel McGinn, chief executive of Freeflow, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Karen, James and Jenna for their support, generosity and belief in our mission. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand who we are, what we do and the people we support.
“The response since launch has been fantastic and we’ve received 44 new enquiries in just eight days, which is unheard of for us and demonstrates that more people are finding us and accessing the support they need.”
Karen Lambert, founder of Happy Creative, said: “Giving back has always been an important part of who we are.
“We already support a number of organisations across Blackpool, and when we met Edel and learned more about the incredible work Freeflow does in Burnley, we knew we wanted to help.”
