Briony Fawcett will lead the new PHX Training quality team as operations director. The team is joined by new appointment Sandra Wakefield, who takes up the role of quality manager.
Other members of the team include: Chris Carr, lead assessor; Emily Alderson, audit and compliance lead; Caroline Haigh, quality assurance lead; Ann Fillingham, lead internal quality auditor for work based learning and vocational skills and Peter Taylor, head of learning.
From its other Preston offices at Marshall House, the company has been growing its services under the Journey2Work and Adult Skills Education programmes to meet demand in employability along with maths, English and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
