Lancashire house builder Kingswood Homes is offering to pay up to £6,000 towards deposits to help homeowners secure their dream home this August with the offer being available on all homes at Green Hills and Spinners Brook.

Joel Winders, commercial director at Kingswood Homes, said: "We know saving a sizeable deposit can be a stumbling block for some people and can be one of the main reasons people don't move house or can't own their own home.

"Our summer deposit contribution offer aims to make homeownership more accessible, whether people want to upsize to a larger home or move forward from renting into a home of their own."

The deposit contribution offer is based on the number of bedrooms, with three-bedroom homes receiving £3,000, four-bedroom homes receiving £4,000, five-bedroom homes receiving £5,000, and six-bedroom homes receiving £6,000 in deposit contributions.

A number of homes also come with extras packages, including the popular Croston 2 at the Homestead Collection at Green Hills.

This bungalow has over £10,000 worth of extras installed, including an upgraded ground floor ‘Entertain’ layout that sees the property benefit from a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner/living space to the rear of the home.

This five-bedroom home features a luxurious upgraded kitchen with quartz worktop, Belfast sink and flooring.

Oak doors are installed throughout, with extended tiling in the family bathroom and en-suites in both the master bedroom and second bedroom. The home includes an optional furniture package as well as a £5,000 deposit contribution.

Kingswood Homes prides itself on its customer-first approach and attention to detail that awarded them their five star HBF status and 97 per cent customer satisfaction rating.

Their innovative Shape Your Home concept allows customers to choose from a variety of floor plans giving them the opportunity to create a home that suits their lifestyle with no need to compromise.

The newest phases of homes also include £15,000 worth of energy saving extras such as solar PV panels, shower heat recovery systems, enhanced insulation and more.

Spinners Brook is situated in a peaceful reservoir-side location overlooking the countryside and has a show home available to view Thursday-Monday.

Green Hills has two Collections of homes including their Farmstead Collection that has two stunning show homes available to view seven days a week.

There is also the Homestead Collection with three show homes available to view Thursday-Monday including the popular Croston 2M bungalow.
