Freedom Heat Pumps has expanded its main office and distribution hub in Bamber Bridge after doubling turnover across the previous year.
Freedom, one of the largest distributors of heat pumps, has moved into a 15,000 sq ft facility which brings all areas of the business together under one roof, including technical sales, account managers and training through to warehouse and distribution.
The move ensures that stock, logistics and distribution are managed internally, providing a streamlined service.
Kathryn Fletcher, MP for South Ribble, and Bean Beanland, chair of the Heat Pump Federation, were invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Kathryn Fletcher said: "The new facility will bring exciting opportunities for people in South Ribble. We'll be benefitting from new jobs and new skills. It was fantastic to hear that Freedom Heat Pumps has doubled in size in the past year, and we can only expect more great things."
Freedom supplies heat pump products and equipment from brands such as Samsung, Midea, Hitachi, Red & Claussius.
