Free HR support clinic on Zoom

In 2020, the biggest shake up in Employment Law in the last 40 years took place with the implementation of the Good Work Plan. There are more changes expected to be implemented in April 2021.

Even if you have been able to keep up to date with all the changes, it is often good practice to check with another person. Make sure you fully understand your interpretation when it comes to what you can and cannot do, before implementing a change or process.

Free HR Support, every Thursday 2:00 – 3:00pm on Zoom

With this in mind, NORI HR have launched a weekly free HR support clinic on Zoom for any business to access.

Every Thursday between 2:00 and 3:00pm, you can access NORI HR’s free HR support in a private and confidential online room with our experienced NORI HR Senior Advisors. You will not be sharing the screen with anyone else, or another other business. Sitting face to face online is a great way to interact and develop understanding of a situation.

How to access private and confidential free HR support clinic

Zoom is free to use and generally considered one of the easiest video platforms to use. You can use Zoom on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC with a video

All you need to do to access free HR support clinic is click the link below between 2:00pm – 3:00pm on a Thursday. Your internet browser will then ask if you are happy to open the link in Zoom. To accept click ‘Launch Meeting’ We will also be posting the link on our NORI HR Social Media channels, every Thursday, for quick and easy access. A member of the team will be online to greet you. Simply let us know your HR question and we will provide you with an experienced HR advisor in your own private room.

Private, confidential and non-judgemental

Don’t worry, there will be no-one else on the video call with you and all conversations are private, confidential and non-judgemental.

If you have never used Zoom before don’t worry! Our team are here to support you all the way and here are a few tips to get you started.

The Coronavirus Job Retention Furlough Scheme was created by the Government to support businesses to retain employees, thereby reducing redundancies and protecting jobs and the economy. The Furlough scheme has undergone changes since it was first implemented in April 2020. Make sure you are up to date with the latest Furlough scheme rules.
