Bellway staff in Lancashire have been praised for their ‘dedication and passion’ by chief executive Jason Honeyman after the company was named as a 5-star homebuilder for the 10th year in a row, based on feedback from customers.

The accolade is awarded based on responses to the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey.

New‑build buyers complete the survey twice after purchasing their home, at eight weeks and again at nine months. The award is determined using a combined score that reflects both build quality and the level of service received.

Jason said: “I am delighted that Bellway has been awarded the prestigious HBF 5-star homebuilder status for the 10th year running.

"This accolade is especially meaningful because it is based on the feedback from our customers, making it the most important recognition we can receive.

“We understand how much this matters, which is why we maintain a relentless focus on the build quality standards of the homes we deliver, and consistently strive to enhance the experience we offer to every customer.

“It’s testament to the great work of our colleagues and partners. Their dedication and passion for delivering a great experience is reflected in the thousands of positive interactions they have with customers and communities every single day.”

Bellway North West is building new homes at developments across Lancashire, including Alderstone Park in Great Eccleston, Poulton Rise in Poulton le Fylde and Lathom Pastures in Lathom.

Jenny Bell, sales director for Bellway North West, said: “Our site teams are dedicated to building homes which they would be proud to call their own, while our sales advisors are there to help customers at every stage of their homebuying journey.

“This commitment to build quality and customer service is the reason that we’ve had such positive feedback from our customers in Lancashire. We’re proud that this has helped Bellway nationally maintain its 5-star rating over the past decade.”

The retention of 5-star homebuilder status is one of the key performance indicators for Bellway’s strategic approach to sustainable business practices, which highlights customers and build quality as priority areas.
