Expert advice on hand at Green Hills assisted move event

ASSISTED MOVE EVENT SATURDAY 15TH MARCH 25.jpg.jpg

Kingswood Homes is hosting an Assisted Move event at its Green Hills development in Blackburn on Saturday, 15th March, where expert advisors will be on hand to help house hunters make their next move.

The event will showcase how Kingswood Homes can help buyers with an existing property to sell, with Assisted Move experts available to explain the process.

"We understand that having a house to sell can be one of the biggest obstacles when looking to move home," explains Joel Winders, Commercial Director at Kingswood Homes. "The Assisted Move scheme helps coordinate the sale of a buyer's existing property, working with estate agents to secure a sale at a price everyone is happy with." The aim is to sell a customer's existing home within six to eight weeks, putting them in the best position to secure their dream Kingswood home.

During the event, visitors can explore the development and discuss their moving options with the sales team and moving experts. They will have the chance to tour two Farmstead show homes which feature the builder's 5-star build quality and unrivalled specification.

One of the homes available to view at Green Hills Farmstead Collection is the impressive Thresher 2M bungalow with a room in the roof, priced at £319,995. This home features an upgraded ground floor layout offering a luxurious open-plan kitchen/diner/living area to the rear, plus flooring fitted throughout.

At Green Hills, homebuyers can also explore the Homestead Collection, which features traditional homes influenced by Blackburn's Georgian architecture. These properties showcase timeless elegance with Georgian windows, high ceilings, and optional coving detail. Like all Kingswood homes, these properties feature the unique Shape Your Home concept, allowing buyers to choose from a variety of floor plans to create their perfect layout.

The Assisted Move event will take place at Green Hills Farmstead Collection on Saturday 15th March, 11am–3pm, where a range of energy-efficient homes are currently available.
