Lancaster-based brand and digital consultancy EXP is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month.
The business, co-owned by Tom Grattan and Daniel Wallace, has grown from freelance to a diverse team of marketing, design, and digital specialists.
In 2022, the company rebranded from Factored to EXP to reflect its offering and capabilities: end-to- end experiences that demand results. EXP works across brand, digital and strategy to help clients achieve and surpass their marketing objectives, encompassing the customer and user experience at the forefront of everything they do.
Over the last decade, the agency has worked with national and international companies including SilverDoor Apartments, Lancaster University, and City of York Council.
Managing director, Tom Grattan said: “It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years since we started. It’s a real milestone and it wouldn’t have been possible without the expertise of our talented team and the incredible clients we’ve worked with along the way. Reaching ten years in business, despite a global pandemic and the recent economic uncertainty is no mean feat, and we really feel this is an achievement worth celebrating.”
UX/digital director, Daniel Wallace said, “Looking back over the past ten years, there is so much to be proud of. We are particularly proud of the client base we have built, many of whom have been with us for several years, which reflects the quality of work we produce. That, coupled with our recent winning of the Design Award at the Red Rose Awards in March, and being selected as finalists at the BIBAs in September, there is certainly a lot to celebrate in our tenth year!”
The growing EXP team continue to focus on achieving results and working with clients locally, nationally and internationally.
