What happens when you throw a bunch of Lancashire's marketing folk into a café in Rawtenstall? Turns out, proper magic - and we're not just saying that.

March's The Marketing Meetup Lancashire took over The Chubby Duck Café, and blimey, what a night it was. Nearly 40 marketing minds from across the county squeezed in, brews in hand, ready for a natter about all things SEO with the brilliant Simon Dalley.

Mike from StopPress summed it up: "There's something special about Lancashire marketers. No showing off, no fancy jargon - just proper folk helping each other out. That's what these meetups are all about."

The best bit? Watching people from all across the region connecting and sharing stories. Marketing can be a lonely gig, one fraught with self-confidence hurdles and a pretty fast moving culture but, again we showed that when we share what works, everyone walks away winning.

Our host from The Chubby Duck couldn't believe the buzz: "I've never seen so many marketers in one room actually enjoying themselves! You lot are welcome back anytime."
