Double appointment for The Write Angle

Chorley-based The Write Angle PR and Marketing has added two new members to its expanding team.

Alexandra Blundell and Louisa Austin have joined as account director and account executive respectively, pooling a wide range of skills to work across various business to business, consumer and public sector clients.

Starting her career at Granada Television, Alexandra has worked for leading marketing communication consultancies in both London and Sydney before returning to her home town in the North West.

With eight years’ experience working with large multi-national corporations - including Coca-Cola, Disney Sony Ericsson, Subway and Travelex – as well as smaller independents, she brings senior level expertise to the existing team.

Joining from Southport publishing company, The Champion Media Group, Louisa, a journalism graduate, previously held positions as editor of Gr8life magazine and news reporter at the Champion.

During that time, Louisa was responsible for delivering editorial content and sourcing features, as well as managing sales revenue, public relations and social media for the magazine.

The appointments follow several new client wins for the agency which has scooped up multiple business and industry awards in recent years.
