Riversway Business Village at Preston Docklands is now fully let, as the last remaining office suite at the popular marina development is taken by a digital media company, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.

In addition to existing offices at Micham Road, Blackpool and with branches overseas in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, Arena Digital Productions Ltd has taken the 1,160 sq ft offices at 12 Riversway Business Village on a new three year lease. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.

Arena Digital Productions provide digital signage solutions for in-house TV advertising systems across a wide range of commercial business sectors such as hospitals, builder's merchants, theatres, bingo halls and concert arenas.

Carl Rogers at Digital Arena Productions said: "We have been looking for new, well-located offices to expand our operations across the Lancashire region and the Riversway property fulfilled our requirements to do this."

Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "We are pleased to welcome Arena Digital to their new offices on Preston Docklands. The offices are in an attractive setting overlooking the marina and benefit from modern interiors, designated parking and are well placed for all local amenities." Arena Digital join other occupiers at the now fully let Riversway Business Village such as Fish Insurance Brokers, Fletcher Smith Architects, Carewatch Care Services and Northern Fruit Brokers.
