Digital media company signs to Dockland Offices
Riversway Business Village at Preston Docklands is now fully let, as the last remaining office suite at the popular marina development is taken by a digital media company, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.
In addition to existing offices at Micham Road, Blackpool and with branches overseas in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, Arena Digital Productions Ltd has taken the 1,160 sq ft offices at 12 Riversway Business Village on a new three year lease. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.Arena Digital Productions provide digital signage solutions for in-house TV advertising systems across a wide range of commercial business sectors such as hospitals, builder's merchants, theatres, bingo halls and concert arenas.
