The division, which forms a part of the wholesale business, is a UK-wide engineering and professional services force, with more than 250 engineers and support staff.
Matthew Riley, Daisy Group chief executive officer, said: “Over the last year the group has acquired businesses that have represented a strong strategic fit, with particular emphasis on bolstering Daisy’s partner services offering and a continued movement away from the declining fixed-line market. This is an area where we see significant opportunity for continued growth and investment. "This agreement demonstrates the scale and confidence in Daisy’s partner offering, with Virgin benefiting from our multi-vendor specialist maintenance and support services across both legacy and cloud-based solutions.”
