Mary Toal has recently received her certificate from BCTG for completion of her Level 3 in Team Leading and Management with a distinction!
Mary is the current QMS and office manager at Crowberry Consulting and began the apprenticeship in January 2020 before the pandemic struck.
The lockdowns did delay the process, however, working with BCTG in recent months to support the process has been fantastic.
Crowberry Consulting is a Lancashire Skills Pledge employer and has employed apprenticeships since 2012.
Mary said: "This Level 3 has been invaluable to my career and helped me to grow as a person in my role, I would highly recommend the services of BCTG for any apprentice considering doing this programme.”
In 2022 Crowberry Consulting won the Lancashire SME Employer of Apprenticeships Award for its dedication to supporting apprenticeships, the team is also a member of the North West Lancashire Apprenticeship Ambassadors Programme.
