Create Homes is pleased to announce that it has recently acquired its latest housing development site in Longridge, in the Ribble Valley. The proposals for this £7M development secured planning permission for the delivery of 34 new homes to market. Sales at ‘The Sandpipers’ will commence in the Spring.

EXCITING HIGH-QUALITY HOUSE DESIGNS

The private portfolio of homes at ‘The Sandpipers’are the first to be delivered under a new premium brand – the Create Homes’ Prestige Collection. Create Homes house types have been designed for the more decerning buyer who expects the quality, space and perfect location that these new releases will provide.

After listening closely to their customers and reflecting changes in demand due to events of the last 12 months, the design team at Create Homes have improved the design of popular house types such as the ‘Stalmine’, ‘Brock’and ‘Sowerby’, as well as adding some new house designs to their portfolio, including the ‘Whittingham’,‘Newsham’and ‘Ribbleton,’ – alloffering a choice of spacious living options.

Andrew Booth, managing director at Create Homes commented: “Following the success of our developments in Inskip, Pilling & Longton, we are delighted to have acquired this site in Longridge, which enjoys an unparalleled location. It is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio of residential developments. By providing this high-quality housing, Create Homes are allowing purchasers the opportunity of home-working in well-located countryside locations, which has never been more relevant. We are very excited to bring this opportunity to this part of Lancashire.”

Reflective of local need, Create will also be delivering a number of bungalows for sale to the over 55s, as well as the provision of some shared-ownership starter homes, to help people get on the property ladder.

The new development on Preston Road, has access to excellent commuter links to the M6, M65 and M61 and commands stunning views of the adjoining RSPB Wetlands and the stunning Ribble Valley.

As with all Create Homes developments, ‘The Sandpipers’is in a beautiful countryside setting and is the ideal location to bring up your family safely, retire to or even work from home, away from all the noise, pollution and stress of city living – yet close enough to get everywhere you need.
