Counting up the years

We pride ourselves on taking care of our staff here at Service Care Solutions and are happy to say that most of our senior team have worked their way up the ranks from (near enough) trainees and are still with us today; a sterling example of this is our finance manager Sol, who has just reached his ten year anniversary with the company.

Each team member hitting this milestone receives a £1,000 bonus (Sol intends to take his family to London for a few nights with his) and a party at a venue of their choice with 20 of their chosen colleagues

Managing director, Richard Freye comments: "Ten years ago, a chap from a local firm applied for work for a payroll and admin executive. That was Sohail Suleman, who we call Sol. 

"Sol has been a foundation stone for Service Care Solutions and was the core of our finance team – and pretty much every other area of support at the time! We have grown immensely since then and Sol has been a critical part of that growth. As our business had grown, Sol has been at the forefront of our development. Leading the finance team throughout a large amount of change and providing support across the business with suppliers, building developments and other areas of support. 

"Having studied through his AAT qualifications, grown the team to 8 people, implemented a successful structure and strategy, Sol has grown and developed so much that he was recently promoted to finance manager.

"I really don’t believe that Service Care Solutions would be where it is without Sol and, of course, the support of his team. Credit must be paid to someone who has had to change and adapt with a growing business, system developments and a wide raft of legislative changes in the industry. Sol’s commitment to Service Care Solutions is an absolute credit to him and I am proud to have someone with such key strengths and values in our business. ten years is a real celebration and I personally thank him for all his work – and the late night visits when the alarm occasionally went off!
