By collaborating closely with local educators, the company is helping to cultivate the talent that will drive the region's industrial success for years to come.

The relationship between CoolKit and Blackburn College will create opportunities for students to gain experience with the UK’s largest refrigerated van specialists, as well as establishing a natural path for CoolKit to strengthen their workforce.

A T Level student at the college will be the first to maximise the path – joining head of finance Gill Hayes on a work experience placement.

The partnership was recently recognised when CoolKit accepted a certificate from Blackburn College.
