Church View launches with Summer Fair Themed Event and new show home reveal

Miller Homes is celebrating the launch of its latest North West development, Church View in Coppull, with a fun-filled Summer Fair-themed event on Saturday 28th June, from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

The launch event will mark the opening of Church View’s brand new show home and sales centre, giving prospective buyers and local families the chance to explore the development for the very first time.

The development, located on Darlington Street, Coppull promises a day of entertainment, refreshments, and expert advice in a friendly and relaxed setting.

 To mark the occasion, the community are invited to enjoy a variety of free themed activities, including a special appearance by children’s TV favourite Bluey from 11am–12pm, as well as face painting from 12pm–2pm.

Guests can also look forward to an indulgent afternoon tea, complete with sandwiches, locally sourced cakes, and a traditional sweet cart.

 Visitors will have the opportunity to take a first look inside the brand new three-bedroom Ingleton show home, beautifully styled to reflect modern family living, and explore the wider Church View development.

An Independent Financial Adviser will also be available on the day to offer tailored advice and answer questions about the homebuying process.

 Church View is a new residential development in Coppull, featuring a mix of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.

Located in a semi-rural area, the site is within walking distance of local shops and amenities, with a primary school and nursery nearby. Chorley town centre is just three miles away, providing easy access to further services, shopping, and transport links.
