When it comes to success stories from Lancashire Business View's Sub36 awards Carolann Thompson has seen it all.
She won the New Business of the Year award in 2020 with Dynamic Recruitment and she says the Sub36 campaign offers opportunities for the county’s emerging business talent, leaders and owners.
Carolann said: “To be recognised with a previous business so early in our journey was amazing.
“Being surrounded by so many other amazing businesses was even more amazing.
“The mentoring I received has stayed with me and the connections and network I made from it was great and I still work with them very closely today.
“This was an invaluable experience, and I am very lucky to have such a great support network.”
Carolann has signed up to sponsor this year’s awards and wanted to back the event.
She said: “Amplify Support Services works with so many amazing, scaling businesses across Lancashire.
“To be able to recognise and support rising talent in these businesses is so important to us.
“We want people to celebrate talent and support the future successors in their companies.”
Joanne Hindley, sales director at Lancashire Business View, said: “Carolann’s journey perfectly sums up what the Sub36 Awards are all about. To go from winner to sponsor shows the real, lasting impact these awards can have – not just in recognising talent, but in building confidence, credibility and momentum in business.
“By supporting the awards, Carolann isn’t just giving back – she’s actively creating opportunities for other ambitious young business leaders across Lancashire to be seen, supported and celebrated. It’s exactly the kind of leadership and commitment we want to showcase.
“There are plenty of opportunities to support the awards and sponsor categories this year.”
