Recruitment company Tailor Made Sourcing are undertaking research to establish the health of the region’s businesses during lockdown.

Through extensive surveying Tailor Made have undertaken this mammoth task in hopes it will help businesses in the area to stay healthy during the Corona crisis

Ben Rhodes MD at Tailor Made Sourcing said “As a recruitment company we deal with both companies and candidates and we want to be able to offer help to both. There’s lots of information and advice out there at the moment but I don’t believe anyone has actually taken the time to ask businesses, or people who are looking for employment, what it is they actually want and need during these difficult times.

“Wading through masses of information and advice in order to find exactly what it is you’re looking for is frustrating and time consuming. What we want to do is get to the heart of the matter and actually communicate with businesses and candidates to find out their concerns, diagnose their problems and offer a remedy.”

Tailor Made Sourcing who have two offices in East Lancashire and operate right across the county, are asking businesses and individuals to complete a survey so they can establish where businesses are suffering and what help is needed.

“Having data to help establish what businesses actually needed and want is invaluable. As well as providing practical resources that people are asking for, we also hope to have business health clinics available, on-line.  We will bring together experts in particular fields, to answer direct and specific questions put to them from businesses. Every business is unique and has a unique set of circumstances and so doling out the same medicine to everyone isn’t necessarily going to cure their problems.

“We want to make sure as many people and businesses come out of this crisis as intact and healthy as possible and we think that starts with listening to them and their concerns. We have ideas about what we can do to help but we could be off the mark and that’s why we want as many companies and candidates as possible, from all sectors and all sizes of companies, to complete our survey to help us tailor our services.”

You can complete the survey here or through their social media accounts.

The survey is anonymous and will take no more than five minutes to complete.
