Business First, the fully serviced office specialists with business space available from hot desk to industrial, has acquired four new premises as it expands across the North West. This is in addition to their current portfolio of 11 managed offices across the North West and Glasgow. The new premises bring a total of around 70,000 sq ft extra to the Business First portfolio, making them a significant addition.

The latest premises to join the Business First group are located at key business hotspots in Blackburn, Nelson, Rochdale and Blackpool. Key criteria for Business First include accessibility from motorway networks, modern, well maintained buildings, and on site amenities including kitchen facilities.

Caroline Djali, operations director of Business First commented: “Being able to launch Business First in four new premises is an exciting expansion for us, and they’re in some key locations. All of our sites offer the same fantastic, friendly service and we’ve built real communities in the ones we already have, and aim to do the same for these new additions!

"Blackburn Gateway has offices from 400 sq ft to 3,330 sq ft, has 24 hour access, and we can offer 50% off the first three months rent.

"Blackpool Technology has offices from approx 250 sq ft - 3,000 sq ft and is located on the Technology Park, just off Junction 3 of the M55. Again there’s an offer of 50% off the first three months rent.

"Nelson has offices from approx 350 sq ft - 1,600 sq ft, and we can offer an amazing 50% off the first six months! It’s right in the centre of town so walking distance to all shops and amenities.

"We also have Rochdale, four lovely bright offices of 1450 sq ft located on Crown Business Park – again we can offer the 50 per cent off for six months deal on this property.

"Whatever your size, location or budget in the North West, I’m confident we can show you an office space you love – just give us a call and see how we could suit your needs!”

Business First is based in Burnley and has 500+ office suites and industrial units around the North of England and into Scotland. See more about their locations by visiting the website www.businessfirst.co.uk or call 01282 330 330, to speak to a member of staff.
