Burnley based Scope Fire & Security has grown its year-on-year turnover by 46 per cent after taking on 136 new business customers for fire and security maintenance over the past year.
The company, which is headquartered on Bank Parade in Burnley town centre, closed its financial year at the end of October.
To keep pace with that growth, Scope has welcomed 11 new people to its team during the year. The firm said the investment has gone straight back into its service, helping to keep response times quick and making sure every site and customer continues to get the attention they deserve as the business expands.
Scott Chapman, managing director of Scope Fire & Security, said: “It’s been a busy year and we’re really proud of what the team has achieved. Welcoming 136 new customers, whether they’ve switched from another provider or are brand new businesses, tells us we’re getting the basics right, which is looking after people’s sites properly and being there when they need us.
“Growth like that comes with responsibility. We didn’t want our service to slip as we got bigger, so we’ve put that growth straight back into the business, bringing 11 new people into the team so we can keep response times quick and keep giving every customer the same level of attention.”
Scope Fire & Security works with commercial and industrial customers across Lancashire and beyond. It holds BAFE SP203-1 accreditation for its fire work, NSI Gold for its security systems, and is a member of the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and carries ConstructionLineGold accrediation.
Scott added: “I want to say thank you to every customer who has trusted us this year, and a massive thank you to our team, who make that trust easy to earn."
