Burnley FC in the Community to host annual charity dinner

Burnley FC in the Community is looking forward to an evening of glitz and glamour ahead of their Charity Fundraising Dinner on Saturday 4th March 2023.

The Charity Dinner will take place at The Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel where the Burnley FC manager, Vincent Kompany, and the Burnley FC first team will be in attendance.

The red-carpet event will be hosted by footballing legend and TV host Dion Dublin alongside talkSPORT presenter Natalie Sawyer, who will be providing an unmissable evening full of entertainment including a Q&A with the Burnley FC Manager.

We hope that this event will raise much needed funds for the charity which works endlessly to transform people’s lives for the better through projects including the BFCitC foodbank, which continues to be a staple in the local town during these unprecedented times.

The charity’s work is channelled into four key areas: Education & Employability, Community Welfare & Inclusion, Football Development and Community Facilities. Our passionate team now deliver over 50 community projects that touch the lives of a huge spectrum of people in and around Burnley. From children and young people right through to senior citizens.

BFCitC relies on fundraising activities, donations, sponsorships and grants to do the work they do and every penny they raise goes to developing new opportunities for those who need it most.

Fundraising for the charity is incredibly vital in these challenging times of economic uncertainty, when for many people demand for the organisations, support is only increasing. As the community’s need for our support grows, BFCitC needs your help more than ever.
