Brown & Co acquires accountancy practice

We're really excited to announce that we have acquired the accountancy practice of Rees Crofts & Co.

The practice is based in Thornton-Cleveleys and was run by Paul Crofts. He has looked after his clients for decades (some over 40 years!), a great testament to his work and relationships he has built up with them.

Paul worked for Armitage & Norton which was taken over by KPMG in the 1980's, before setting up his own practice which later became Rees Crofts & Co.

Paul will shortly be retiring and we wish him all the best. We won’t tell you his age, although this year would mark his 60th year in accountancy!

Thanks to the amazing team at Brown & Co Chartered Accountants, without them this acquisition simply wouldn't be possible, particularly since we completed on 31 January!
