Bespoke provides new website for NCO Europe

Preston-based digital agency Bespoke has delivered a new website for financial and customer care outsourcing partner NCO Europe.

NCO handles customer care, financial processes and customer arrears management on behalf of clients. It employs a multilingual team of 400 staff at its Preston offices. 

The new website follows an MBO in early 2019, and Bespoke was tasked with developing a new website that could offer their customers better tools and self-serve options, and was easy-to-use and integrated with NCO’s internal systems.

Jennie Greenwood, digital projects coordinator at Bespoke, said: “NCO’s old website didn't reflect the progressive, customer-focused and innovative business they are.

 “Their new website allows customers to login to access their account, make a payment, set up regular payments, and assess what is affordable to them. It also gives customers’ third-party debt management representatives the ability to view account details and make payments on customers’ behalf.”
