Belgravia has acquired a key two acre site to deliver nearly 500 new apartments at the heart of Preston's new Stoneygate Masterplan.
The former Dryden Mill site has planning permission has planning permission for 469 one and two bedroom apartments and has been acquired from Stoneygate Living for £6.3m.
Belgravia aims to develop a vibrant lifestyle destination with high quality private and communal spaces which will become the flagship Urban Living development in its portfolio.
The development will feature outdoor spaces incorporating multiple roof terraces, landscaped gardens and a central courtyard.
Amenities will include a gym and wellness facility, resident lounge areas and on-site food and beverage offering.
The project also offers 8,000 sq ft of commercial space across three ground floor units.
With construction anticipated to start early in 2024, Belgravia has partnered with Zerum for cost and project management, David Cox Architects for lead design, Orlando Reid for sales and marketing, and Hill Dickinson for legals.
