Baines Wilson promotes two to partner

Law firm Baines Wilson has promoted Kate Parker to partner in the corporate team, and Caroline Raynor to partner in the employment team as part of its ongoing expansion plans.

Kate joined the Lancaster firm from City of London firms Travers Smith and Kaye Scholer and has earned a reputation for handling complex and challenging legal issues.

Caroline advises both national and local businesses on employment law matters. She began as an assistant solicitor at Baines Wilson in 2014 and has built on the firm’s already impressive business client base.
