Associate solicitor joins Harrison Drury commercial property team

Harrison Drury has appointed associate solicitor Danielle Leeming to the commercial property team in its Preston office. 

Danielle, who previously worked at Croftons Solicitors which is now part of Knights, will advise on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, new and renewal commercial leases, as well as negotiating heads of terms for clients and dealing with asset management.

She also brings with her extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters, acting for investors, limited companies, local councils, and housing associations along with charities and community benefit societies.

Danielle will also support Harrison Drury’s corporate team, managing the commercial property aspects of corporate deals and development work.
