Project and building consultancy Anderton Gables has appointed Su Sealby, who will be responsible for heading up a new project team division at the Preston City Centre office.

Su Sealby has worked for leading construction and property companies and joins AG from EC Harris’s Manchester Office. Su has over 15 years’ experience working within the Property and Construction Industry and the team at AG are thrilled to have her on board.

Jonathan Shaw, managing director and co-founder of Anderton Gables, said: “What a great start to the New Year by having such an experienced and driven team member join us. We are thrilled to have Su on board as we continue to expand our client base and I’m sure Su’s experience and skills will help us achieve our continued growth and vision to be the North West’s leading Building Consultancy."

Su Sealby added: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to join the Team at AG. The company has a fantastic reputation and client base, which gives a real variety of exciting schemes for me to get involved in. I look forward to the coming months and helping the company drive forward with their ambitions”.

The company also announced three further appointments.

Joe Readfern joined AG’s Commercial building surveying team as building surveyor and is currently working towards his RICS Chartership. Joe graduated from UCLan in 2010 and will be responsible for undertaking dilapidations inspections, building surveys, pre-lease assessments and traditional project work.

Rebecca Rawcliffe joined AG’s project and development team as a building surveyor and is currently working towards her RICS Chartership. Rebecca has experience working within the Health, Education, MOD, Social and Commercial Sectors and is responsible for working closely with clients to ensure projects are in accordance with their brief.

Kirsty Robinson joined AG to support the newly created business development department. Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience working within the Building Consultancy Industry and is studying part time for her Degree in Business and Management Studies at UCLan.

Anderton Gables, which also has offices at Salford Quays, was established in September 2007 by business partners Jonathan Shaw and Andrew Whittle, achieving 30 per cent turnover increase year on year.

The business has continued to recruit surveying professionals and support staff accordingly and now have 16 staff working across the North West and nationally. This is over 50% increase on staffing numbers since 2014. Anderton Gables works with clients such as BAE Systems, Trafford Housing Trust, Boohoo.com, Manchester Airport Group, Travis Perkins and Places for People.
